So what would happen if we decided not to deliver vessels? Or if we just did as the title says right from the word go? And what if both of those hypotheticals are short enough that we can continue on with what we were doing, which was half-heartedly listening to the narrator?
Summer’s coming to its end, and most of the Phantom Thieves are returning to school. But the question on everyone’s minds after the Medjed incident is, “What’s next for the Rhythm Rogues?” And unfortunately, there are a lot of opinions on that matter, and most of them seem kinda bad. It doesn’t help that the Phantom Thieves’ only mod is slowly descending into a mediocrity-inspired madness.
We can’t put off the tournament any longer; there’s a Bosch that needs saving, and the only way to do that is to disarm the bomb!
… and failing that, we’ll just win the tournament and figure things out from there.
Despite how Apotheosis went, it’s still getting harder to do harm to the Princess. So what happens if we decide we want to free her, whether we have the knife or not?
School may be back in session, but the second years of Shujin Academy are preparing for their class trip to Hawaii. Now you might be thinking: are we in danger of encountering another Persona beach episode? Worry not, however, because it’s not quite that. Actually, maybe do worry because while it’s not a comedy-focused set of scenes, we’re rooming with Mishima. That’s its own problem.
The Nayshal Tournament has ended, and Morgan is all the worse for it. Her post-traumatic wanderings have had her meet the man who might be M. Bison, and surely that can’t be a positive. But there are still a few more masters to be found, so hopefully they’ll be a more positive influence. And hopefully nobody breaks all the bones in their body in the process.
Tensions are rising alongside the Rhythm Rogues’ popularity, leaving the members of our team directionless. And unfortunately, that’s the last straw for Morgana. The Phantom Thieves are split, but can either side get much done on their own?
Well, we’ve finally done it. We’ve reached the end of masters we can train under. Or at least we will once we meet… someone who isn’t exactly a people person. Ah well. Maybe if we punch him enough we’ll change his mind.
Good news! We’re in the future and the internet is dead! Long live electromagnetic waves!
Anyway, mankind has also figured out there’s intelligent life somewhere out in space, and in their efforts to make contact they built a space station called “Peace.” One day, however, the satellite vanished mysteriously, and only a small part of it ever returned. Everyone has given up hope of finding the truth of the matter or the people who disappeared along with the station… well, most everyone. Geo Stelar, the son of a scientist named Kelvin, still longs to find his father out there in the stars. Well, it’s not his father that finds him on this night, but a life-altering person is still gonna be crashing straight into his life.
Bulk Day returns! We’ll have to deal with Haru’s terrible dad soon, but for the time being we’ll be taking on the smaller-time criminals. Like cultists, or medical frauds. We haven’t reached the arcade guy yet, though. That’ll have to wait.
Well, with Street Fighter shelved for the time being, it’s time to make a new OC. Today we’re starting Cyberpunk 2077. Yes, that one. Don’t worry, it’s less of a mess now. Anyway, most of this session is messing around with the character creator, as I figured it would. So let’s just see what our Streetkid, Florina Navarro, looks like before she winds up trying to help a friend out of debt.
Okay, so we’re still in Mementos, right? So, things didn’t go so smoothly last time, on account of getting slammed dunk for not paying attention to weaknesses? Well, what if I told you that was amaetuer shit in comparison to what the Phantom Thieves have to face this time? That’s right, they’re up against an untouchable foe, and you won’t believe which target it is. Or maybe you will, I’ve been leading quite a bit for this entire description.
Well, the job goes wrong, as jobs so often do. The good news is that it didn’t go too wrong, and we get some new friends from the whole thing. Granted, the city still sucks, but at least we’ve got a crew now. So what kind of wacky adventures will we be getting up to- oh, extreme violence. Of course.
Mega figures it would be best for Geo to get out and meet some people! And maybe check their personal pages too, since that’s a thing we can do from the wave world. So whether we like it or not, it’s time to socialize and peep in the same afternoon!
