After the first session where I remember that Mario vs Donkey Kong was fun, here’s the second session where the game slams me over the head with a steel chair. C’est la vie.

SUPERHOT demands a certain amount of dedication that I, perhaps, do not have the patience for.

Mario moves on to the Plus stages, which focus on escorting Mini Marios instead of finding and carrying keys. It’s more fun than it sounds! … until it isn’t.

Here’s the first (likely of two) session of the first chapter of Scarlet Hollow! Kidd comes to Scarlet Hollow for a funeral. The family situation seems to be a bust, but they still have a chance to meet some new friends, right?


Also, the first episode of Scarlet Hollow is free to play! It’s definitely worth giving a chance, especially because of how traits and dialogue options work. Now granted, Talk to Animals is clearly the correct choice because it allows you to meet Dustin, but other traits can open up some interesting options. It’s just those options aren’t Dustin.

It’s the first stream of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: The 7th Stand User! Bit of a rocky start here, but it’s important to get used to everything if we want Wakana to make it to Egypt.

Now that Wakana’s started her day, it’s time to actually start the plot of Stardust Crusaders, already in progress. Jotaro Kujo has gone to the school nurse, where he and Wakana discover a dangerous stand user is plotting to take out threats to Dio.

Wakana catches up with the rest of the group at the Jade Garden. While the Stardust Crusaders plan their new route to Egypt, they are approached by a strange Frenchman, who seems to know a bit too much for a random tourist.

Due to a slight change of plans, I wound up doing some casual runs of Cannon Spike and Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for the Future. Of course when I say “slight change,” I do mean slight, because I was probably going to spend half the night playing HftF anyway.

With another member in tow, the Stardust Crusaders leave Hong Kong by boat. But of course, we can’t just expect there to be no stands pursuing us over the sea.

Hey, do you like Jojo Heritage for the Future? Because I played more of it. But against Loaka this time, so we get the infinitely more interesting “human vs human” instead of “human vs AI.”

Wakana spends time with friends in Singapore. Also, an old friend dies to a new enemy, and Wakana is forced to reconcile the fact that her best friend does weird things with cherries.
