Wow it’s almost as if, when this game wants to be, it’s fucking fantastic.
Code Talker is kind of correct, since one definition of copulation is heterosexual sex than involves the transfer of genetic material. So in the context of the parasites and the sex changing wolbachia technically he’s right. The narrower definition might be why he always says “copulate” instead of “sex” or “intercourse” or anything else.

Seriously, is he not keyed into the codecs or something? Code Talker and Miller both gave the word, but Huey lays all the blame on Snake? If anything, he should be mad at the parasite for forcing their hand, right?
Although I will say the build-up to the moment is strong. Reminding him about those moments earlier in the game is just a terrible bit of foreshadowing. (Terrible in a good way.)
I mean you me and everyone here knows exactly why Huey is laying the blame on Snake.
Like, there’s no actual confirmation yet, but HM, Huey sure does want these suddenly mutated parasites to not be killed, and this strange mutation in the soldiers and parasites sure is convenient to have happened right when we’re reeling from the Lost Boys attack, who we know were explicitly helped by Huey. It’s almost as if someone’s trying really hard to traitor us again because he feels the noose tightening and he knows we won’t hesitate if given a reason.

I wish Huey appeared in a location where Big Boss could reach him, because I absolutely would’ve thrown him off of Mother Base one or thirty times.

When I played through that I was all “Shit, this is getting real good now!”
But nah.
It’s still a game I enjoyed playing a lot, though.
