In it was the chicken hat! I didn’t see the chicken hat when I played MGSV, which either means that I was too awesome at the game to ever get the prompt for it, or (possibly more likely) that I was too proud to accept it and predictably said “don’t patronise me, game!”
Something they didn’t cover re: playing as someone other than Snake (I don’t think it was in earlier episodes; it’s been a while obviously) is what happens when you try to do the bionic-hand-twist move that makes noise and attracts people to your location.
(Without a bionic hand, your character sort of twists their actual hand around, making joint cracking/popping noises - it’s kind of gross.)

I don’t know if it’s that they’ve forgotten, maybe it’s more that they determined this site had barely any activity and thus they’d just focus on their Patrons instead.
Not going to dispute the activity level here but periodically posting a one-sentence summary, an image and two links in their own thread isn’t that much a time-consuming exercise.
