In today’s episode we finish up doing the situations. We get to see some new operators in use. IQ, Smoke, Kapkan, Thermite, and Thatcher. Next update will be the multiplayer situation of Bartlett University. When that update goes life the current vote will close.
With this update we see the devastation of Bartlett University. Please be aware this mission takes place at a university/school, if you wish to avoid seeing a school/university being shot up please skip this update.
We’ll be getting to see an entire team of operators bumbling their way through a poorly lit level with an annoying haze that obscures vision at all times. Article 5’s greatest difficulty comes in the form of enemies you just flat out can’t see using the toxic gas as cover.
In the next update I’ll be showing off the operator Sledge and his many uses. After Episode 3 updates will happen less often as multiplayer footage is harder to capture.
This looks to be an interesting LP, and since I am not usually into realistic shooters, that is saying something. If I was to start playing a Rainbow 6 game, which would be the best to start in?
This is actually my first Rainbow Six game, but after playing it I do really wanna go back and give the others a try some day. For multiplayer Siege is probably the best to try and go in on since it’s the most recent and current one.
I’ve heard really great things about it but unfortunately as far as I know it’s PC only and I haven’t had a gaming rig in like a decade. D: Otherwise it sounds totally up my alley and like what people maybe wanted out of Siege’s single player.
Also I don’t know if anyone is watching the Rainbow Six Siege Invitational finals right now at https://www.twitch.tv/rainbow6
But the god damn trophy is a fucking Sledgehammer. This is a sign that Sledge was the chosen one.
Yup it goes so hard on it but now the rest of the game will be arcade-y multiplayer. Also time for a vote! What operator would you like to see after Sledge? Voting is open until the Sledge video is posted.
Introducing Sledge! Sledge is a big boy and a powerful operator who is canon the strongest and best at hitting stuff with a hammer. Unlike the rest of the Rainbow team who are mostly scientists and engineers Sledge is simply a big strong guy. As you can see by his operator video Sledge loves to attach a go pro to the end of his hammer so it can function as a selfie stick while he smashes stuff.
SLEDGE Unique Ability: Tactical breaching hammer “The Caber.” Uses a Breaching Hammer to breach through destructible surfaces. Armor: 2 Speed: 2 Operator Name: Seamus Cowden Nickname: Sledge Date of Birth: April 2, 1982 Place of Birth: John O’Groats, Scotland Height: 1.92 Weight: 95kg Background: Seamus Cwden hails from the upper tip of the Scottish Highlands. Due to his imposing physical presence and athleticism he found early success as a Captain of the 1998 Scotland National under-20 Rugby Union Team.A strong desire for public service inspired Cowden to enlist in the army at 18, after five years on active duty, he was recruited by the S.A.S. Psychological Profile: Cowden displays natural leadership qualities, likely developed during his amateur sports career. His comfort on the front lines can be attributed to his confidence and tactical experience. Training: British Army: 3rd (UK) Division. S.A.S. Operative. Relevant Experience: Holds the all-time speed and strength record for the S.A.S. qualifying physical exam. Seamus Cowden developed an operational expertise in breaking down barriers with a breaching hammer. Notes: Seamus Cowden was integral to the S.A.S. and his recruitment to Rainbow squad is a major coup for their operations. His professionalism and tactical abilities are beyond reproach, and he is expected to perform at the highest level in his new role.
Now that the defender poll is done and the winner is Doc let’s have another one to decide another attacker!
I really love a lot of the operator videos quite a lot of them have dumb stuff in them, with Sledge’s definitely being a great dumb concept. Another favorite of mine is Blitz’s which is so out of left field compared to a lot of the other ones. They’re kind of like Mini “Meet The’s” from TF2 with not as blatant of comedy but some just as stupid aspects. Thatcher’s is also like something out of Payday.
I love Sledge a lot too. Unlike Doc D:. He’s an operator I’m terrible with lol. I actually am getting some decent footage just very Shaking fist at the clouds. Hopefully next I’ll get an operator I play more than none at al to show off lol. It isn’t too bad actually what will probably be the hardest is recording characters that lay traps because I have to wait till someone falls for them and that might take a bit unless I’m playing with dummies or people who rush.
Sure I could do that for you. I was thinking about doing something like that for maps showing a full game on each one then go through solo in a custom match showing off flanking spots, areas to hide, cameras, where to expect people, etc.
Why thank you! I really am surprised with how many people are following this I’m very new to LP’ing and it has been very good for my confidence and I really appreciate everyone watching.
Introducing Doc! Doc is a good guy really! He is noted as being a altruist and in gameplay you’d rarely see this it is possible to play a pacifist doctor, you’d just probably die and contribute little to your team. Doc is a highly intelligent fellow who asks deep philosophical questions which will not be answered by this LP.
DOC Unique Ability: MPD-O Stim Pistol. Fires hypodermic shot to revive himself or teammates from a distance. Can also heal up to 120 hp as a temporary boost. Armor: 3 Speed: 1 Operator Name: Gustave Kateb Nickname: Doc Date of Birth: September 16, 1977 Place of Birth: Paris, France Height: 1.77m Weight: 74kg Background: Kateb grew up in an affluent family, in Paris’ 16th arrondissement. At twenty, he abandoned a potentially prominent medical practice in favor f a career with the French Defence Health Service. Psychological Profile: .Kateb demonstrates a high degree of empathy for human suffering: he is a rare genuine altruist. He sees military service(especially the role of CTU’s like GIGN) as noble in their dedication to protecting civilians. He considers the front line his natural habitat, as it provides him with the opportunity to have direct influence and impact the welfare of the unit. His proclivity for conflict resolution makes him a valuable asset. Training: Universite Paris Descartes: Bachelor of Science, Health: Master Toxiclgy and Ecotoxicology: Doctorate Medicine, Toxicology, Chemistry, Imagery(MTCI). French Defence Health Service. Army Special Forces Brigade. GIGN. Relevant Experience: Tw tours of duty with Doctor’s Without Borders, certified to practice in ten countries. Notes: None
We have run into an issue, Fuze, Thermite, and Hibana have the same number of votes. To clear this up I can make a new poll to narrow votes. I was also considering changing things up a bit. As it is currently I’m making short videos for each individual operator. Do people prefer this or, I can make longer videos showing off an entire CTU and all of the operators in it. Would ya’ll prefer more episodes that are short or fewer episodes but they’re longer?

As well Rainbow Six Siege just updated! The Spanish CTU was just added. I could cover them since they’re fresh if people want me to.
