Is it cool if we monetize the videos we post to this here forum. I guess this question also applies to patreons if the user is running one of those as well.
You can absolutely monetize your videos. Go for it.
Our stance on patreons is that you can post it in your OP for a project but nowhere else on our site. We want to support people getting paid for their work but discourage virtual panhandling.

Always make sure the developer is okay with you monetizing your video, because some aren’t (Telltale, for example).
