Deneb's Notes
The spell that purged the demon from my mother was successful, as was the attempt to stop it from possessing another person. The whole ordeal wasn’t great, and I’ll be the first to admit that we got incredibly lucky that the demon got pulled into the scarecrow. I have to keep learning so we can free everyone that’s possessed without it being up to blind luck.
And after, well… I… don’t really know how to process going from having zero parents to two in the span of a couple weeks. I guess I’ll just have to get to know them when there’s time and see what happens.
I also found out that Annebelle is alive but in bad sorts. I couldn’t find the emotional energy to see here after everything that happened today, but I’m sure she’ll turn up again. I suspected she’d be ok, but this also makes me wonder… if she’s ok what about the jerk who rules the ETE?
Ryyan seemed confused as to why I’d continue putting myself in danger but I don’t want the ETE to keep doing these awful things. The dragons are the physical embodiment of nature itself, if they keep corrupting them, who knows how much of our world would be affected.
I won’t stand for it.
