I watched through what you’ve got recorded so far, I can’t believe I never thought to try co-op’ing the game, it looks so much less stressful.
Wait, what?

There’s no equivalent emoticon to :V but that was sarcastic
I figured you were checking to see if anyone was paying attention. But if you’ve got a weird Souls franchise conspiracy rabbit hole for me to fall down I’d be happy for the trip.
A decently tough area with one of the hardest bosses… who decides not to be hard for us.
Before we continue on to a new level, it’s about time we wrapped up the one boss we don’t want to fight.
Maybe it’s not that hard of a level, but it will certainly make you groan your larynx out.
Valley of Defilement 5-2 & 5-3
Last two bosses of the Valley of Defilement, the latter of which tries to defeat Yami by the power of glitch-lag.
I absolutely love the Dark Silver Shield. Granted, it doesn’t have the best stability, but 100% defense from both physical and magical damage is really good. It’s got a high Strength requirement, but I’ve never found the Strength to matter for small shields in any way unless you’re trying to attack with them.
Shrine of Storms 4-3 + Tower of Latria 3-3
Powering through the last two archdemons before we make our way through the rest of Boletaria next time.
Yami and I are about to brave the final two parts of Boletaria Palace in a few minutes. Want to fuck with us? We’re around soul level 70.
We’ve stopped recording, but we’ll be doing Boletaria 1-4 tomorrow, so get ready to hurt our feelings.
We’re going to shoot for 6PM Pacific, 9PM Eastern today. Boletaria 1-4, around soul level 75.
Boletaria Castle 1-3 & 1-1 Pure White World Tendency
Making new friends and incinerating tough bosses.
The range on the Soul Drain is surprisingly bigger than it looks like it should be. I’ve been caught by it a few times. In one battle.
I could swear the Dark Silver Shield could block that magic explosion, but you’d be staggered. Maybe I’m thinking of something else. I keep Warding active pretty much all the time against bosses, anyway - I stand a chance of surviving sometimes if I can take more than one hit.
Thus concludes this accidentally-year-long LP. Obviously my initial plans for it didn’t work out, but I had fun doing it, and I thank anyone who stuck with it despite the months of delays prior to Yami joining in.
Before this closes out completely, feel free to voice whether you’d prefer we move on to co-op Dark Souls or straight to Bloodborne. That’ll be for the future though; we’ve got the wild to breathe. Or something.
