“Hold on, I’m putting you on speaker-Pan”
To Winter’s End 32 Bonus: Restored Swordfight
Content Warning: This bonus episode is very horny.
This scene was originally supposed to be in the main episode, but honestly? It’s probably for the best that it’s separate.
I am a bit let down, this isn’t anything as horny as the warning made it sound like.
That picture of Pan however, now that’s racy XD
Damn that Spanish guitar around the 29 minute mark was sick.
To Winter’s End 33: St. Madeline’s Angel
One of Nugget’s Poptart Pieces has gone back to the Tartland, back to what used to be the River Poptart: back to the home of Friar Pan. The nuns of St. Madeline’s Monastery are more than happy to see their son again, but much less happy to see all that has happened to him. And Monsoon’s sister Typhoon is not happy that her brother is taking charge of the ship to help out a bunch of stowaways.
How do we put Nugget back together, now that we’ve found one of their pieces? What will Monsoon do to placate his sister? And is Friar Pan okay?
The introduction was an excerpt from “Army of Two,” by Dumdums.
I’ve been wrestling with the knowledge that Pan’s uncountable number of mums subconsciously made him a himbo for hours now. It explains so much and yet so little.
…what is a himbo?
It’s a new(ish) internet slang for big sexy muscle dude who’s not the smartest.
The best example probably being Kronk from The Emperor’s New Groove.
To Winter’s End 34: Roger’s Rampage
The gunpowder halfling Roger has decided to do the one thing a revolutionary made of explosions is best at: go topple a society.
The introduction was an excerpt from “Inside Out,” by Eve 6.
And once you finish listening to the episode, we have a bonus, non-canon, alternative ending you can listen to.
The new ending was better anyway, what with Clove/Pan messing up the first one. XD
Welcome to Aaureo, the strangest city in all the land. Aaureo is built just outside of the Green Man’s Graves, a bottomless, ever-refreshing resource of wood, food, and various goods of all kinds, with one big catch - everyone and everything in the area after sundown disappears forever. So the people of Aaureo make a living by driving unique vehicles of their own creation out into the swamp, gathering all the supplies they can, and driving back home before the sunset destroys them.
And out in the Graves is the final tower of Aurorealis.
To Winter’s End 36: Cedar Flynn
In this episode, everyone has a chat. Nugget and Ggislin, Yuria and Knight, Rue and various racers, Pan and… his brother? Is Cedar Flynn really who he claims to be, or is this some weird racing gimmick he’s committing to super hard? Pan is unconvinced.
Today’s introduction was an excerpt from “Iron,” by Within Temptation.
Rue takes Nugget to secure them a ride to the tower. Yuria and Knight reach an agreement. And Friar Pan meets the cause of the midnight void - Youth, the immortal demon of the night.
Today’s introduction was an excerpt from “Yes and No,” by XYL0.
To Winter’s End 38 - Knight Falls
Daybreak is the big race to the tower, but this final evening has a lot happening first. Rue has arranged a date for Yuria, Yuria has sent Knight off on a mission, and Ggislin has some feelings to sort through regarding the fellowship and their mission.
Today’s introduction was an excerpt from “Extreme Ways,” by Moby.
I bought Fellowship for our group yesterday, can’t wait to try it for myself after having listened to you guys for so long!
To Winter’s End Bonus - Second Edition Changes
Recorded a good while ago, we discuss a number of changes made to the system as To Winter’s End updated to Fellowship’s Second Edition and what that means for Pan’s constant use of Blood for Finish Them.
Arden wasn’t around so we didn’t talk about the changes to Heir but I think the main change that would have concerned Monsoon was that the Heir now automatically just has the Symbol of Royalty and the community you start with a Fellowship
To Winter’s End 39 - Take Off, Fellowship! A Day at the Races
The To Winter’s End crew is back, and they are on a race against time! From sunup to sundown, they need to cross a hundred miles of open swampland and reach Aurorealis’ final tower. If it does not fall by sunset, the demon Youth will consume them all…
To Winter’s End 40 - Second Place Is For Nerds.
The race to the tower continues to heat up, even though half the participants don’t full understand why there is a race happening at all. With a cavalcade of enemies at their heels, the fellowship presses forward!
To Winter’s End 41 - End of the Road
With the big race coming to a close, the fellowship reaches their goal: The final tower. But first, they must pass through the forbidden city, the Bewitched Burghal, the source of all of Aaureo’s endlessly regenerating wealth.
We also have tabletalk! This tabletalk technically comes before the last episode, basically we hit record and then spent ten minutes talking since it’d been the first time we recorded in like seven months.
