I wonder if Miller resents being the only one of the Diamond Dogs’ officers without an animal codename. I wonder if his office has a big blackboard on the wall with his brainstorming.

My great MGs embarrassment is that I don’t get the Vic Boss joke. I know it’s from Peace Walker but that’s it.
As far as I can tell, it works like this… one or more NPCs in Peace Walker call Big Boss “Vic Boss”. In an early scene, he says not to call him “Big Boss”, and they apparently think he’s correcting them and “Vic Boss” is actually the correct term. “Vic” is (I’m told) an approximate sound-alike for “Big” in some Latin American accents.
Also it’s short for “Victory” and “V for Victory” is a phrase that pops up in a few key scenes - including when one character does the Churchill-style V-for-Victory pose, then attacks (and, incidentally, fails, so he was wrong). I wonder if the V-for-Victory pose also being a peace sign is significant - peace/nuclear disarmament symbols being so prominent in that game, including ones made of bomber planes? A whole theme of war and peace blurring into each other, becoming indistinguishable.

Oh no, I’m sorry. :< Poor kitty.
And, if I’ve read correctly, he’s been away from home and has had to work via mobile, so he hasn’t had all the usual tools available for editing and sending out updates.
I’m honestly glad he was able to get the update out on Saturday, since I assumed I’d have to wait until Tuesday for the update.
