Avermedia C027 - HDMI port not working

I’ve had the Avermedia C027 capture card for a few years. I recently upgraded to Windows 10. Things still work fine while recording from a component source, but today I hooked up my Switch to find that I’m getting the ol’ “No Signal” from HDMI sources. I’ve tried both OBS and AVer MediaCenter.

I may be missing something obvious. Someone who is good at LPs please help

Mine broke like two months ago, I got mine in 2011 or 2012, I already told you this but I think it might just be broken.
