With the neighboring nation of Jowstone Jowsten causing some sort of vague trouble, Teo McDohl leaves to ensure the safety of the Scarlet Moon Empire. In his stead, his son will begin working for the empire as one of the country’s soldiers/errand boys. But before Teo leaves and Mir has to work for a gigantic asshole, the whole family gets together for a nice meal. And by family, I mean most of these people are related by loyalty and not blood. Gremio especially.
[details=New Characters]
Tir McDohl
Tir is the son of Teo McDohl, and a promising young soldier of the Scarlet Moon Empire. Although he doesn’t speak much, his guardians, (read: Gremio,) more than make up for him. Although he is loyal to his country and his father, he’s more protective of his friends than anyone else.
I had to rename him Mir. If I didn’t, he’d have to be named either tir McDohl or Tir TcDohl. Such is the heavy burden of playing a Konami game. For the sake of easily finding him in character descriptions, I’ll be referring to him as Tir in the informational sections of the thread. In game and in chapter titles and descriptions, I’ll be calling him Mir. Just FYI.
Recruitment: He’s the player character. You start with him.

Teo McDohl
Tir’s father and one of the five generals of the Scarlet Moon Empire. He is one of the strongest and most well known of the generals, mainly due to his involvement in the War of Succession. He is also one of the most trusted men of Emperor Barbarossa himself.
Emperor Barbarossa Rugner
The Emperor of the Scarlet Moon Empire, known as the Golden Emperor. Having resisted an usurping by his uncle, his rule is strong and his followers are loyal. And most of the people of the empire think he’s an alright dude. He is friendly and compassionate, but he makes some weird decisions at times. Like the one where he hired a magician who looked like his dead wife Claudia. Kinda strange, ya gotta admit.
Windy
The court magician of the Scarlet Moon Empire. Given her position and her closeness to Emperor Barbarossa, she’s probably incredibly powerful. Most people tend to focus on how similar she looks to Barbarossa’s deceased wife. That probably isn’t important, though.
Kasim Hazil
One of the Five Generals of the Scarlet Moon Empire. He’s one of the kingdom’s best swordsmen, but he’s quite friendly. He’s good friends with Teo McDohl.
Kraze Miles
A commander of the Scarlet Moon Empire. Even Teo is unable to find anything good to say about the man. He’s dismissive of those he sees as beneath him, and only desires to climb the ranks further. Why the emperor assigned Tir to be his subordinate, or why he even keeps him around, is unknown.[/details]
[details=New Unite Attacks]Talisman Attack

Effects: Attacks one enemy for double damage.[/details]
Did you know that you can obtain one of two runes by traversing a mountain you’re not supposed to know about yet, bypassing hordes of angry monsters that will tear apart either of your current characters, especially Ted? Well, now you do! And in the brief moment it took for Mir and Ted to go to Mir’s room to speak, they journeyed all the way to find that rune. Many monsters left the mountain far richer that day.
